Vitality Triumphs Over ENCE to Win Gamers8 2023

On the evening of August 20th, the Gamers8 2023 tournament concluded, boasting a total prize pool of $1,000,000.

16 participants competed in a single-elimination bracket, leading to a showdown in the finals between Team Vitality and ENCE. On their path to the finals, Team Vitality triumphed over G2 Esports, Natus Vincere, and MIBR. Meanwhile, ENCE secured victories against Heroic, Cloud9, and Team Liquid.

In the best-of-3 finals, ENCE clinched the first map, Anubis, with a score of 16:7. However, Team Vitality came back strong on Mirage and Nuke, winning with scores of 16:12 and 16:9 respectively. The final tally was 2:1 in favor of Team Vitality.

For their victory at Gamers8 2023, Team Vitality pocketed $400,000. ENCE took home $180,000 as the runner-up.
